AFRILINK provides purchasing coordination, warehouse consolidation and international express shipping coordination services between China and supported destination countries. The supported destinations are shown on the website and may change over time. By using our services, you agree to the terms below.

Quotations and Pricing

Quotations are based on the final goods information, actual weight and volumetric weight of your shipment. Volumetric weight rules may be determined by the specific carrier or service option chosen. A quotation is not a final invoice until confirmed by both parties.

Shipping Time

International shipping times are estimates, not absolute guarantees. Actual delivery time may vary due to customs, carrier schedules, weather or other factors outside our control.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing true, complete and lawful information about your goods. Goods that are prohibited or restricted for transport must be declared and reviewed in advance. The consignee is required to cooperate with customs clearance.

Local Charges at Destination

Local taxes, customs duties, clearance charges, pickup fees, delivery fees or other destination-country charges may vary by country and order. They are not included in ordinary shipping quotations unless expressly listed in writing.

Payment

After you confirm a quotation, payment shall be made as agreed between the parties. Services are arranged after payment is confirmed in accordance with the agreed terms.

Claims and Reports

Any abnormality, damage or shortage of goods should be reported to us within a reasonable time after delivery or discovery. Final liability is governed by the order, quotation and shipping documents confirmed by both parties.
